September's SOTM: Join by filling out the form after reading the rules/ requirements (must read rules to fill out form correctly)
The winner of the SOTM gets a big link (I will make a border that says SOTM winner) at the top of my splash page if they have more than 15 votes, along with the prizes for more than 10 votes and more than 5 votes. If they get more than 10, I will link them with their button on my splash page above the SOTMs that I joined, along with all the prizes for more than 5 votes. If they get more than 5, I will give them a sign that says they won the SOTM and I will link them on this page. So, get ALL your affies/friends to vote. If they get more than 30 votes, they will also be linked on the navigation on my main page, along with all the other prizes. If they get less than 5 votes, they will only get a sign.
If you want to join the SOTM, you must meet the requirements/follow the rules:
Rules:
1. Once you join, I will email you to tell you that you are in the SOTM. Your button will appear on this page, saying you are in the SOTM and to visit your site.
2. You must add my SOTM button (the button and html code for it are under the rules) on your splash page. It links to this page. Even though people can't vote until Sep. 15th, it is a good idea to go ahead and put my button on your site. because it will link to this page where everyone's buttons are and give people who click my button a chance to enter the SOTM themselves, but it does not have to be on your site until Sep. 14th and I will check to see if it is there on that day. If it isn't, you will not be on the voting poll.
3. On Sep. 15th, there will be a poll on my splash page and on this page to vote and and a link to this page with everyone's buttons who entered.
4. Put a smiley face like this :) by your name to show that you read the rules.
5. Once the poll starts, you can vote for yourself. ONCE. Ask affies/friends to vote for you too. The winner of the SOTM must have more than 5 votes to be linked, so make sure plenty of people vote for you.
6. If you win, enjoy your prize! But, if you win the SOTM with more than 15 votes, you may not join in the next SOTM. But you can join in the one after that. (I have just added this rule because I don't think it would be fair for the same person to win EVERY time, especially if they are getting almost all the prizes.)

7. If less than 5 people enter the SOTM by Sep. 14th, it will be closed.
Requirements:
1. You must have a cute site, with a frames layout that you either made or credited to whoever made it.
2. You site can be pixel/scribble/doll/graphics/about a topic/ANYTHING but a personal blog. It is ok if it has a blog, but it has to have content too.
3. Where it says "Why do you think you should win?" put because I rock your sox.
3. Your site can't have anything that is above PG- 13 on it. PG or G is better.
4. Must have a button no bigger than 88x31.
5. No stolen material.
6. YOU MAY NOT JOIN THE SOTM IF YOU ARE ON HAITUS/REVAMPING/CHANGING LAYOUTS!! If you do decide to do this during the sotm, you are out of the sotm.
6. NO Myspace/Xangas. It's not that I don't like either of them, it's just that they are not sites. They are blogs/chatting.
